We engrave on the bench in our own shop: up to 150 characters in Lato, centred, on up to 5 lines, engraved on the back or on the front, your choice. Most makers charge for this; we don't.
Order by 5pm Monday to Friday, or 11am Saturday, and it is engraved and posted the same day. If we get it wrong we remake it free; if the text you typed had a slip in it, we remake it at cost.

Five slots: two on each face, plus a full-width centre pocket
It is a thin leather card holder with five slots and nothing that folds. Two slots on the front face, two on the back, and one more running the full width of the wallet between them. Nothing hinges shut, so nothing bulks out — it sits flat in a front trouser pocket and stays flat as it fills.
20 g empty, so it disappears in a front pocket
The front slot has a curved thumb cut, so a card comes out in one movement rather than a pinch and a tug. The edges are turned and stitched rather than left raw, which is what stops a flat holder fraying at the corners once it lives in a pocket.

Order by 5pm on a weekday and it leaves the same day, engraved and boxed. If anything is wrong you email us and get one of us back, not a ticket number.

More about the Speedster
The two-and-two split on the outside is more useful than it sounds. The cards he taps go on one face, the ones he needs twice a year on the other. After a week he knows which way round it sits in his pocket and stops looking.
The centre slot is the deeper one, and it takes what isn’t a card: folded notes, a travel card, a receipt he’ll want at the till. It spans the whole 100 mm, so nothing has to be squeezed in at an angle.
The brown and light brown have a marbled pull-up finish — the colour lifts and shifts where the leather bends, and the tone deepens with handling. The black is a smoother, finer grain. All three are shown together in the range photo, so the difference is visible before choosing.
